What is your returns/exchange policy?
ARTSEA does not accept any returns.
However we do exchanges.
How do you go about it?
Customers can exchange their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered only if the product is in deteriorated condition or have received the wrong product and if there is a size mismatch.
We take extreme care of our products before the product is dispatched, so if you receive the packaging in tampered condition, please do not accept the order and return to the delivery person.
Once you do that, we will provide you the exchanged product free of cost.
In case of size mismatch, you would have to ship us back the product to the following address :

In case you want us to pick up the product from your home and deliver the right size back to you, it will cost you Rs.100 which you would have to pay upon delivery of the right size.
We may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
The posters, art prints or merchandise must be returned in their original mailing tubes, and in their original packaging (where possible).

How do I know my order is placed successfully?

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.

How long does it take for my order to get delivered?

We usually take 2 business days to ship your product. Once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Can you ship faster if I’m traveling somewhere or have to gift to someone?

Yes, since most of our products are made in-house, we do take special requests to expedite certain orders. We do not provide any guarantee but rest assured, we will always try our best to accommodate any urgent orders. Just reach us out on the contact info provided and we’ll let you know

Is it safe online to shop using Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card?

Yes, absolutely! All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection integrated and operated by one of the trusted payment gateways of India: Razorpay. Rest assured, your money is safe

Amount is deducted but order was unsuccessful. What do I do now?

This should never happen. If it happens, it’s due to unstable internet or server issues during that hour. In cases like this, we make sure to contact you immediately and confirm the order from our end. We hate to waste anyone’s money.

Can I cancel the order I have placed?

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back as credits into your Artsea wallet. If we have already shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request.
